Good vet, looked after my little boy a few times.

Very caring and supportive of Cody, and very informative and helpful for his owners as well.

I have taken my dog in 3 times to access there dog grooming service. The first 2 times they did nails, wash and de shedding. The third time they done the nails and wash but didn't deshed this time. But i was charged for it. I came home and was pulling handfuls of hair out of the dog. Also took a video of this. It was obvious it hadn't been done. I have left 5 messages between there cootamundra and Temora clinic for the business owner to call me to discuss. Still no call back. They still hold $60. Of my money in credit as the receptionist charged me twice on eftpos the time before. I am calling the clinic again today . If I don't receive a call from the owner by Friday I will be taking the video and making a complaint to fair trading. Surely a five minute phone call from the owner to resolve this issue is more convenient for him than having to take time off to present himself at a fair trading tribunal.Not impressed !!!

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. This vet is also the place for wild animal rescue and treatment.

Through their wonderful animal hospital rescue program., I found my Alabama. She is the sweetest and most beautiful soul and I will be so grateful forever for everyone (especially Karly) at the Cooper St Vet clinic for all the care they gave her before she found her forever home. Thankyou.

Absolutely love this clinic. Staff are so kind and gentle when we visit.We have used the on-site groomed as well and have been very pleased with the results for both our dog and cats!

The staff are caring and lovely people. They advised me on how to apply for VetPay and I'm much comforted by the fact that I don't have to have massive amounts of cash if my beloved cats (we have 4) become ill or need veterinarian attention due to an accident.
