I do have a problem with the fact that I cannot contact the service after hours. The message bank on their phone should have a place for us to leave a message to advise that I cannot have the cleaner to our home due to hospital visits etc. Also I tried to email and constantly was told that the email address was not recognized. I took the address from the internet add, surely that should be right.
