I called and spoke to JSIU roofing to get a quote on my roof restoration. I mentioned that I had a minor leak in heavy rain and was considering a full restoration. I paid $150 for an inspection which I was happy to do as that amount would have come off the final bill should I have chosen to go ahead with the job. I was happy with the google reviews so felt paying was worth it. I received a great video on the issues however was told they would not do the job. I received an excuse that the tiles were porous and water could leak in when they do the job and insurance would not cover it or some rubbish. I thought that's is why I was engaging a professional? I imagine there are easier jobs for them to do and mine was too hard. I had a healthy budget for the job however will find someone else.

We developed a leak in our roof during recent storms which we had repaired by JSIU Roofing. Joel was punctual, polite, very professional and his quality of work was of an excellent standard.We were also looking at getting our entire roof sealed as a follow on, but Joel gave an honest appraisal that this was not necessary instead suggesting less costly options. This job will also be booked through JSIU who we would highly recommend.

I installed a range hood extension through JSIU and Joel has been amazing. He not only helped me to pick the right product, but very honest and easy to work with. He also sent me a video of the entire roof space explaining certain issues around roof tiles that I need to get fixed as they can later develop roofing leaks.
