Neonails Lithgow

Had infills done yesterday, very very rough job, was rushed. I had polish all over my hands and on the sides of my nails and then other nails, the edges were missed completely. Technician was not gentle and cut me a few times with the polishing bur when removing the old colour. I was also in for a pedicure and shellac but after seeing my nails decided not to proceed. Definitely not worth the money unfortunately, service very poor.

I had a great experience at this nail shop! The customer service was top-notch, especially from Ranjita(i like to call her Ranji). She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my nails looked perfect. I would highly recommend this salon and Ranji in particular to anyone looking for great service and beautiful nails.

Today I went and got my nails done. Without being rude, this has been the worst nail experience I’ve ever experienced. My nails are bumpy, not the same length, pint on my hands, cut me, different shapes, gel has set under the nails (I asked the lady to fix them but she couldn’t”) I’m very disappointed especially having to pay $70 for nails I’m going to have to pay someone else to remove. Even more irritated that after looking at there business page and fb page it states that for a full set of acrylic nails is only $55, so not only did they do a poor job but charged me extra for no reason. I went into this shop with all intentions on also getting my toenails painted but that all soon changed after seeing the effort or “lack of effort” should I say, put into my finger nails. I will be leaving a review on all places possible about this experience as I don’t want anyone else having be ripped off and spend $70 and an hour of there time wasted and leaving the shop feeling very deflated.if I knew how to post pictures of the horrible job they did I would.

Not the worst pedicure I've ever had. It was a bit 'delicate' though. My heels are still a bit rough and nail beds/cuticles could have been trimmed back a fair bit more.The girl who did it was very friendly which is why they got 4 stars instead of 3.

Took my 11yo sister her to get a predicure. The ladies were beautiful, however, both my sister and my feet were burning because of the foot spa being too hot. The rest of the experience was fantastic, recommended.

Popped in today, they were busy but squeezed me in even though they had appointments all day. I was happy to soak while they squeezed me into their line of ladies.Sadly I should have not bothered. I've come here before and I've been borderline happy with their service. But hey where can one go in Lithgow for a basic budget pedi. Yes know you pay for what you get but $45 in Bathurst gets me hot stones and at Aqua spas in Black town you can get a pure Fiji, so the standards are truly bad for l didn't want new colour or shellac just shellac removed and basic pedicure clean and massage. Like the standard but not colour. Simply, well no they rushed my pedicure.Know they have young new staff one learning their trade but Christmas rush is one thing that should be relaxing. Though l was there for and hour and a half, l finally asked for senior technician to redo my pedi. This is why l gave them two stars and not one.

Go for regular pedicures here, very clean and tidy, but get my nails full sets and infill at sound nails as they are much better with hand nails. Pedicures here are lovely though
