Doors 'n' More

Note the age of the existing reviews. We'd been long standing customers and extremely happy with the service, but more recently the person we spoke to on calling was different, as was the guy who turned up to do the repairs. I asked if they'd changed hands and he said he was the owner, and had been for years. They fixed the issue and left, but we quickly noticed the door was now scraping against the brickwork. We called them back, and they made several appointments to return, but never showed up and eventually simply stopped answering my calls. We got somone else to fix the issue who took one look at it and said they had installed the wrong hinge between the door panels - the hinges are clearly numbered according to which panels they go between, so I think it's pretty hard to make that mistake if you have a complete set of hinges on hand.

Two phone calls, two texts and a week later not even the courtesy of a response. Going elsewhere. One star is minimum to get to comment, otherwise nil for service.

emailed Doorsnmore in desperation. nobody else could accommodate my timeslot to let them in. Technician texted me an hour before I was going to be available, saying that he would be there at the time I mentioned... job fixed, and best call out price... very happy, will use again
