Amazing service and beautiful flowers! Flowers were delivered promptly on the same day as I ordered. Incredible service by the woman I spoke to on the phone. I would highly recommend ordering from this business.

I highly recommend this florist for both the beautiful flower arrangement but also their excellent customer service. They were very kind when I had problems with the credit card I was using when paying for the flowers. They rang me and explained what the problem may be. Then when the order was finally paid for, they very quickly delivered the flowers to a very happy new Mum. Excellent value. Excellent customer service.Thank you so much.

I've just received the most stunning arrangement that I've literally ever seen!Each and every flower is jaw dropping!The customer service was absolutely amazing!My arrangement is magazine worthy!I cannot recommend the flower collective more highly! If you want something show stopping this is the place!

I would give 5 stars but I was a little disappointed with the final outcome of my phone order. The service was very bright and pleasant, the arrangements were delivered on time but there was very little imagination put into the final detail. I chose 2 tea set posies to 2 different addresses. One to cheer up my sick daughter (who collects tea sets) and one to my elderly mother in law for Mother's Day. Both recieved stunning floral arrangements however the tea sets were basically plain white coffee mugs on plain white saucers.. I would use this service again but I would be sure to confirm exactly what tea set was being delivered first. The pic on the website is cute and delicate looking

Sadly not my best experience with a florist.I ordered a large Matilda Natives bouquet for my daughter's 40th birthday spending over $100 and instead she was delivered a yellow and white bouquet of chrysanthemums, roses and lilies - a much cheaper bouquet than what I ordered and paid for.I finally heard back from the owner after submitting a feedback form via the website because I was unable to reach the shop by phone after 7 attempts, (I believe that the phone lines were not working due to the poor weather). While I am happy to report that they took responsibility for their error and also made up and delivered the correct bouquet once they closed for the day, they then asked my daughter for the original bunch back.This has left my daughter and I both stunned and is not the way to create or engender goodwill when you have made a significant mistake.I would not order flowers here for delivery again but the flowers my daughter eventually received are beautiful.I would shop here in person when I can be sure that I am getting exactly what I am paying for.

Bought some flowers for my girlfriend this valentines here and will definitely be coming back. The customer service was fantastic and made the process so easy. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, well worth the money and I would absolutely recommend buying from here to anyone who needs flowers.

I adore The Flower Collective. It is by far my favourite place for flowers on the Sunshine Coast. I have found their flowers are a bit more unique, but also a beautiful quality and they really last. It brightens my day every time I visit, they are really beautiful, cheerful people.
