The Manager was very rude to me when I picked up my father's ashes and when our family visited our parents monument in the rose garden we lay dad's urn of ashes beside the monument to take photos before we left to scatter Dads ashes at his beloved property at Maleny. Manager stood at the door with her arms crossed watching us then sent the gardener out who wanted to know what we were doing. I stated we were having photos taken with Dads urn at their monument with our family present as several of them could not attend dad's funeral due to covid.. and then we were just leaving to go and scatter Dads ashes..they were both very hostile making our family day very uncomfortable. We have had three of our family cremated with Alex Gow Deception Bay..and we have decided that if this is the way they treat grieving families will not be using their services again.

We thanked her on the day for her caring attitude and help and she told us she has been with Alex Gow for 21 years.
