Didn’t get the feeling that there was interest in discussing our proposed project on the day. I understand it must have been a busy day but it came across as poor customer service. An email was promised to follow up on our queries regarding suitability of construction site after sending through a section 32. No response so far. We have built with them before but we’re disappointed with the interaction this time around.
