There is a team member out to help you 24/7 and the IT team has a good sense of resolving the issue quickly. The friendly visits to check on our systems, update our software's and regular weekly comp checks puts them on the top of tech support chain. Its when you have something to compare you find the need to give commendations and the previous IT support we had was a nightmare.
