Berwick Hypoxi - Body Envy

What an amazing studio and bunch of girls! Honesty could not recommend this place enough, friendly and efficient service with effective results. From trimming up for my wedding to losing my baby weight- they have helped me achieve great results. My daughter is also welcome there while I work out which is always a huge plus for us busy mums!!! Anyone looking for that something extra from their weekly workouts or just can't shift that stubborn fat- give the girls a visit!

Hypoxi Berwick was my go to, when a friend referred me approx 4 yrs ago. I decided to get a 12 mth annual pass, and it became routine to do 3 x sessions per week. You are also able to pay weekly direct debit for longer length packages. I met Janna (the owner), and Leesh who I adore. It isn't just family friendly but also a place that was easy to get to know the staff and feel welcome at all times. I am no dieter by any means, nor did I do gym at same time, I literally just did Hypoxi 3 times per week. My results were impeccable. 17kgs in 12 mths and approx 65-70cms of stubborn fat gone! My tummy was flat and legs toned. Over 2 ruler lengths in loss of fatty areas. I went from size 16 to a size 12 and have not been that size in over 20 years. I was amazed to say the least. Any sceptics out there...definately try this. Its a scientific miracle!!!!! And non-invasive!!!!

Was highly skeptic it at first! But after 10 sessions my results beg to differ. Total of 16.5cm lost! Being small already and just wanting to get rid of those stubborn areas. Hypoxi did just that. The girls there are amazing! Great service and results that I didnt think were possible.

I first went to Berwick Hypoxi in 2015 and loved it. I could never have achieved the results I wanted in such a short amount of time. The girls, Janna, Leesh and Homa are so friendly and welcoming and have always made it a place of comfort with no selfconsciousness, pressure and supportive. The 30 mins goes quickly and targets cellulite and lower body areas that are so hard to get rid of, especially lower stomach. My stomach is noticeably flatter after 3 sessions after deciding to go back. I've planned 12 but will no doubt do more because it's my happy place and the only way to achieve the results I really want. Getting measured every 3-6 sessions is also great. Love this place!!
