The Marc St Kilda
The emergency number is operated by an extremely rude lady. Our hot water supply was not working for four days and me and my housemate were told we seem to be the only one with issue and it isn't a very pressing issue for her as long as we get water(cold water). She hung up in our face and refused to give updates on call or text if its being looked into. We should not be penalised and be talked down to for being hygienic and pointing out an issue. She should never ever be working in anything to do with customer service its really a shame.
