I had a very pleasant experience here. The ladies (especially Kellie) were very accommodating to the fact I had my 2 young children with me. Kellie played with my 1 year whilst my pedicure was being done and also went above and beyond by making her a bottle.They were very patient with my 3 year old, who was also getting her toes done but was a bit timid. They allowed her to sit on my lap whilst being done.Overall, happy with the service and pedicures.

If I could give them a 0 I would.My nails where rushed. They don't take time to do them. Every single person is a different price They don't follow the prices on there pamphlets. They refuse to let you pay by card. My nails cost me $80 and they look ridiculous. There is fluff and dust all through them once they painted them and I told them and she just put another coat on. But you can still see the stuff thats attached under the nail polish. I've never been more disheartened by a nail salon.What a waste of $80 when they look like poo.

Extremely unprofessional - the prices on the pamphlet are incorrect and misleading. The prices are more expensive than Wollongong and Sydney. As soon as you disagree with something they begin to speak badly about you in another language. The previous owners were great but now it’s all very down hill. I would recommend you go elsewhere, the one next to dominoes, Elegant Nails are much nicer.

Trying to find a good nail salon in Bowral as Im new here. I just found it while walking and I give it a try. When I came in the lady say hi to me and tell her Hi need a Manicure and Shellac. And after just like seconds looking in some SNS display she told me THATS NOT SHELLAC ITS SNS!!! Omg rude I said I know Im just looking around.She’s doing my nail and I have lots of dry skin she told me laughing you have too much dry skin while LAUGHING…And you know what saw my nails the worst nails ever, not neat even the application OmGNEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE!!!

I got my nails done today, infill acrylics, I went from coffin white nails to almond French tip, they charged me $75 dollars apparently $50 for infill $20 for French design and $5 for change of shape. They also make you get cash out even though they do have an eftpos machine and when I only had $70 cash and had to get $5 in coins she said “are you broke”. Unbelievable never going there again

terrible experience here honestly, i’m not one to complain, however, I asked for a simplistic nail design and almond shape, my nails are incredibly rounded with the design chipping off 4 days after my appointment. the hardening powder for the acrylics wasn’t applied to the very end of my nail so it looked as though i had regrowth the second i walked out of the salon. to top it all off they charged me $80! absolutely insane and upsetting.

Absolutely awful service; not only do they waste your time but then send you to take cash out pretending now for 2nd year their card machine is ‘broken’. Don’t bother

The worst manicure I ever had in my life. They promised me 25 minutes manicure plus shellac and it took 1,5 hour at the end. I ask so many times to make it more straight and remove nail polish from my skin and it’s still super bad at the end. $55 and 1.5 hour of my life wasted. Don’t come here

I highly recommend amazing service the staff were all so good, its now my favourite place to go to get my nails done and they always turn out beautiful, ive been 3 times already and each time I haven't booked I just showed up and they took me right away
