The Master swim spa is the best purchase we have ever made and perfect for Victorian weather, now we can swim all year round. Our son has been in it every day and it's helping him burn off his energy at the end of a school day, he struggles at school but is sleeping peacefully at night thanks to his swims. Our daughters love it and my husband and I relax after everyone has gone to bed. The service from Spas Direct was so helpful and the whole process was so smooth.

Brought a spa a year ago off John. He was great. However what really impressed me, is i recently needed a replacement part due to my own fault. John was easily contactable and went above and beyond to find me a replacement part. Now that is great service. Highly recommend contacting him if you need a spa!

Bought a master swimspa and only question is, why didn't we sooner. Kids absolutely love it. We were a bit sceptical buying online but Spas Direct were so easy to work with. Spa arrived and it is awesome. Love the quality. Very happy customers.

Very poor professionalism and misleading. We arranged the night before to go and inspect in person with one of the sales team and after driving for an hour and a half, the admin lady was the only person on-site and couldn’t answer any of our questions so we left and had a telephone call with the sales manager John. He was blunt, unhelpful and there were definitely elements of scam here… halfway through our questions he advises us that the swim spa we came and inspected is sold out and the new price for that model will be out tomorrow… total waste of our day. Thanks John, lost a $20000 sale for being a rude arrogant peanut

Spa developed bubbles in the gel coating within days of delivery.The warranty team have been hell to deal with and procrastinated for 8months.not covered under warranty and they are trying to say it’s my fault for direct sunlight damage, even tho it was under the delux hard cover supplied.if these spas are not designed for the Australian climate they should be sold advertised as indoor only.Do NOT buy……look up facebook complaints page for spa direct, wish I had of done this first.
