I know real estate agents work for the vendor not the purchaser but we found our experience with Sue as a potential purchaser nothing short of terrible. She was difficult to the point we walked away. Property still on the market one month later and so we thought we'd give it another shot. Still not a nice experience but we didn't let it get in the way of buying the place. Eight months down the track we found out about the approval one month prior to us signing the contract of sale of a complex of 4 double story townhouses next door. Not a mention of this throughout the process. Not illegal but very unethical. If you are selling a house use them cause they will be ruthless but if you are buying leave no stone unturned as they are shonky and will play the old shonky real estate game to the limit.

I was a potential buyer and at an open for inspection Jerry came across very unprofessional and rude. He assumed that I was unable to afford the house and was very unhelpful when I asked any questions. As a buyer I would be less likely to put an offer on a house if Jerry was selling it.

Jerry is very professional and got extensive knowledge of the local market. You won't be treated as just a number (chasing for a quick sale) as Jerry care about his clients and work very hard to achieve the best results for them. I highly recommend him if you are looking for sale your property.
