Easy shopping , prices are comparable to the other major Souper market without the pushing and shoving , with quicker access to the checkouts in and out in no time

We don't like the practice of having only 1 or 2 customer assisted checkouts, and expanding the self serve area. We think it is extremely bad customer service, and hope the powers that be soon realise this before customer numbers plummet.

It's alright, I like the new self serve checkouts, which can actually fit trolleys in and not bump people. However the overall store is a bit lacklustre and could be a lot better, but does have everything you would need.

Disappointed with Coles today Fri 21st Oct.Shelves quite empty of stock , and when ready to depart only one manned checkout available, no fast /few items checkout available, staff that were there were pleasant but the Company needs to review its current policies to win our support back in future.

My wife and I went through the do it yourself checkout" I don't normally like doing that as I get confused and don't know what to do. It was refreshing to be served by a friendly worker

the service at Fresh Produce, yesterday afternoon when I came (12/10/2022) was soo rude - a young lady with studs in the nose. She asked me NOT TO TOUCH the packets of salad in the cages....DON'T TOUCH....what a bloody nice attitude towards a customer (being sarcastic). I did not know that she is still doing the markdown. There is a MORE POLITE WAY TO SAY .....I will markdown a little bit more, please just wait another 5 minutes. ...I never have experience like this before. I think Coles never teach the staff this attitude.

Great staff and good quality. However poor availability, inconveniences us to buy the rest from woolies. The biggest pity is to see the staff here so over worked.

i personally like this place alot. one of my friends works here and she says it has a very positive work environment which is a double plus. staff are always friendly. i come here from time to time since i live close by and its always great to see when particular snacks are on sale or what foods they have in the international isle. recently bought 6 packets of microwave popcorn for 95c each! i love popcorn. sadly they dont have banana milk but thats okay. i still love going there
