One star because driver neglected to adjust speed from 80 to posted speed limit of 60km/hr on Northborne Ave

I'm reviewing Kone lifts based on my experience as a thrid party vendor for a direct client of Kone Lifts Canberra that have installed brand new lifts.Their communication is terrible; they rarely respond to calls or emails, even direct to your rep/installer. After several leaving messages or emails over one or two weeks you might finally get hold of them, it's pathetic.The service team (even the Service Manager) don't even know what products are installed in their own lifts. They don't even know what the word 'firmware' means and had to research it.They have no actual understanding of what they're doing with the tech inside their lifts, even though they provide it, install it and work on it. The service person showed me a photo on his phone, of the instructions that he follows to program the internal tech, it was a picture of a handwritten sheet of paper, and he literally said to me I have no idea what it does
