Trek Bicycle Prahran
I bought a Trek at the end of November three days later my break started to be very noisy so I brought my bike at Trek store in Bourke st. They fix it but after couple of day I had the same issue. I brought my bike back to the store, it was early January and I'm still waiting to have my bike back. I understand they are waiting for a piece to fix the break but I have been without my new bike for over 2 months. It would have been great to just have a new bike under warranty and not waiting so long considering the bike is brand new and I have been able to use just for few weeks.

Had an awesome experience at Trek Prahran! My partner and I didn't know anything about bikes but Sam was so helpful! Installed all the pieces for free and gave great service without being rude or condescending! We had bad experiences at other bike stores that just felt like upper crust boys clubs. Can confirm Trek Prahran is nothing like this and was extremely helpful and wholesome place! Thank u so much team!!

Just starting out looking for a bike and the team at Trek were amazing! They looked into all the stores nearby and stock available to find bikes to my size and even let me measure against their own personal bike when they didn't have stock to ensure I was looking at the right size for me.
