This would have to be the most time consuming process I have undertaken to get employee to a work site. The system is terrible to use, is very rigid in what certain qualifications will be accepted or not accepted and for the half dozen times I have contacted the customer service line to get assistance I have received neither customer service nor assistance as the staff push the blame on the systems complexity on to their clients. Having had experience in many other prequalification and induction software systems I would advise all to keep well clear

As a contractor needing inductions through Damstra, I can not describe the consistent frustrations dealing with this company who charge a lot of money to store some electronic documents and to be of no help at all. Service and general desire to assist is non existent. The processes are mostly robotic and if one of the many documents required are not exactly as desired. you receive an email a few days later informing you that your booking/paperwork is incomplete. I have literally missed weeks worth of work because of this. I strongly urge companies to avoid engaging Damstra in any capacity at all.

I have been dealing with a variety of induction companies for about 18 years and through those years acknowledge the process has become more complex with the increased demands of mining companies.But Damstra Technology have always and continue to be the most difficult company to deal with. I won't repeat the complaints of all the other reviews but only to agree with them. I love the way the sites are always blamed for the demands in the paperwork, but having worked onsite at the other end, that is not always the case.Inflexible, confusing, demanding and extremely expensive. I detest having to use this company for site inductions. Zero Stars.

One star is being generous. Google should allow us to enter zero stars. Such a waste of time & money. Absolute scam. Cannot give the simplest of instructions. Unfortunately we as contractors are forced to use this mob. Have been using them for years, yet the more you use it, it appears to take longer to book a simple induction. Wonder how they get around sites to get their buy in. Terrible.

Great team of people. The Damstra systems are very technically advanced when comparing onsite people and safety management systems.They have ability to develop specific programs / systems for the end-user.Which is unique to this market. Highly recommended.

Have never posted a review before and feel so strongly about this that I feel compelled to. This is the worst contractor induction system ever. Poor customer service, no reason for rejection or rejected for the stupidest details. Made to pay for everything even though its an internal Damstra process issue. If I could rate it 0 I would.

The mayhem. The confusion. The anguish. If you have been requested by the principal to register with Damstra you will need to brace yourself. We have used other TWMS companies which were a breeze companed to this category 5 hurricane. The Automation of the emails coming through rejecting and accepting documents is baffling. It can not tell the difference between subcontractors and company employees making us do all these unrelated induction. They don't answer thier phones and call you back 2 days later. If you are a subcontractor and heard you need to register with Damstra, triple your price or walk away.

Needs to be Updated! Expensive & out of touch with current matters in 2020.Surely you could spare a penny to have a review since your last update in 2019. A lot has happened & don’t think encouraging car pooling during social distancing is right.Support team system is wonderful though, really helpful & efficient.
