Gelato Guys

I've eaten gelato all over the world, including in Italy, and I consider this the best gelato I've ever had. Anton is also a delight. Super creamy and the dairy-free chocolate is surprisingly luxe. Don't miss it!

The young girl working Thursday 20/4 around 3pm, you are a rockstar!! The group of girls in front of me and my family were not being very polite to you, asking lots of things from you, no manners. Yet you remained so friendly and were using your best customer service. We were just visiting- loved the gelato and would definitely return if we ever make it up to halls gap again :) great job

Loveddd the icecream here! The kids did too! Really delicious flavours and great variety. The staff are super friendly (always serving with a smile and chat) and they are great with the kids too. We made sure we had an icecream here everyday. My favourite flavour is Choc Mint and I’m really fussy with this flavour, but you guys make a great choc mint that I had it 4 days in a row! (often icecream places have it tasting and looking pretty artificial, but not at the gelato bar). Thanks guys and keep up the great work ☺️

Creamy and dreamy, don't know how the other icecream ship feel about having another store come in to their territory and taking all their business. They are open later though.

Can't see what flavours are available until you have queued and finally reach the counter. Then you feel under pressure to select a flavour as you don't want to hold up other people. Is it too difficult to put up a board with the flavours on the side wall so that when I am queuing I can make my selection. A suggestion I already made to the owner several years ago so it looks like it might be too difficult. Would also be nice to know the prices before I wait in the queue and then reach the counter. Another thing to put on the board. Too many strange flavour combos, I am a traditionalist and like the old favourites one of them being rum and raisin. Getting back to price, $15 for two single cones, ouch. The portions are also smaller than there competitor down the road where the queues are always longer. Must be a reason for that.

We stayed in Halls Gap and visited each day! All of the staff we came across were so lovely. They have a huge range of flavours. We tried other icecream in town but it just didn't match the Gelato Guys. It's the best icecream I've had.

Great Gelati but they are having staffing issues and were closed half the time we were there. We went 1st day of 5 day holiday and they were closed at 3pm. They were closed the next 2 days. Day 4 they were open and we finally got gelati. Day 5 we wanted more but they were closed so we went to other Icecream shop instead . We were there at a busy time too so they are losing out on lots of money

Best Ice Cream in town!!!I’ve spent the week with my wife and 2 young kids and we got hooked!The flavours are great, and what made the difference is the customer service from the 2 young girls!They were really helpful and great with our kids too!Highly recommend but be careful, these ice cream are addictive!

Absolutely amazing! I couldn't decide which flavour to get after trying so many we ended up buying 5 tubs! The owner is an absolute delight, such genuine kindness and amazing customer service. I definitely recommend. No really, 5 tubs!!

The queue at the other icecream place frightened us off, then just down the street was the Gelato Guys. We were more than happy that we did. Fresh and new the staff are keen to help and give you tasters. Over 30 flavours of Gelato, good old favourites as well as a few different ones slipped in. Do your self a favour and try these guys out.
