They did an excellent job, I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Rick was polite, prompt efficient and courteous. I will be enlisting his services in the future.

I was completely disappointed with the workmanship of this guy and his subcontractor. They weren’t very professional and unfortunately think they were in an appropriate state to be working. I’m currently trying to get them to at least fix the bodgy job they did but it looks like I may have to take them to fair trading! Don’t waste your time or money with these guys!

Great experience all around - from the initial home visit to discuss options and develop the price quote, to scheduling and completing the actual installation we were totally satisfied with Rick and the team at Mr Bathroom Renovations.The whole experience, from planning through installation was smooth. The installation crew was thoroughly professional and pleasant. I am very pleased with the finished product – Definitely recommended!

Completely disgusted with Rick/this company. Rick did a shockingly shoddy job at my uncle's house. Pipes were fitted but weren't even glued together, causing water leakage (my other uncle ended up having to fix Rick's work himself). Painting job was very poor. Large pile of rubbish from the 'renovation' was left outside in the backyard which Rick had promised as part of the quote to take away when he was finished with the job. Rick had left all the rubbish in the backyard and never came back to take it away. My mother called Rick multiple times to ask him to take the rubbish away. Rick made a number of excuses each time my mother contacted him. Rick ended up ignoring my mother's phone calls/text messages, causing her much stress. We ended up having to take away the rubbish ourselves.Completely unprofessional. Very poor quality work. Very disappointing experience with Rick/this company.

Amazing Work, Reliable, Listened to what I wanted & had asked, and delivered to quality standard. Haven’t been able to fault their work at all! Super satisfied customer!!

So many things left undone and quality of work poor trying endless times to get him back and no show and no reply.If he says 10 year warranty good luck with that when he won't even come back and finish my job.I have been ripped off , so sad there are people life him in this world especially when he said to me to trust him.Very upset.If he wants to redeem himself come fix everything and redeem yourself.
