The team doing the installation arrived exactly as arranged and completed the job in 2 days instaed of the quoted 3, despite the extra work needed to remove the old carpet underlay which was glued to the floor. We are very happy with the job done and with the team who did the work.

Back to Timber at Gladesville were able to answer my many questions during the lead up to the installation and schedule the levelling and installation around my new kitchen installation. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions when I was looking at products and comparing providers.I pushed my luck asking for next week install and amazingly they were able to deliver.My installers were great and did an even better job than I had expected, the place looks amazing and their attention to detail was impeccable (they even returned the skirting boards into my kitchen area which wasn't included to ensure it looked perfect)I couldn't be happier with the end product.

Referred by a friend so we went to Timber Court in Gladesville. The staff there was really nice, she very patiently explained to us pretty much all the types of the floor as we asked and recommended what floor would suit us the most. On the day that David came to our place doing the measurements, he also brought all the colour sample of the floor type we chose as he thought we may want to have another consideration in our property under the natural light, such a thoughtful person. He also gave us some recommendation based on his experience. The installation team has done a great job as well! We are extremely happy with their service. I have also recommended a few of my friend, all have very positive feedback. Definitely will use them again in the future!
