Chris, Eleni, Bec and the team at Tailored Heating and Cooling were amazing. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me several options to choose from to suit different budgets and were able to answer questions pre, during and post installation. I ended up getting ducted heating and cooling as I needed to replace both eventually and wanted to move away from gas to solar. The wifi and Daikin app is a useful added bonus. They were punctual and completed the job quickly and left the place tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Booked in maintenance for 5 split systems at my home. Technician Glen was very polite, diligent and explained an issue with on of the split systems in a way that was very easy to understand. The office staff were also clear in their communication. Would 100% recommend and will be using this service again

We used Tailored Heating & Cooling for a large bespoke installation. The quality of the work was excellent from Ben and team as well as great advice and consulting from Paul. The few minor issues we encountered have been resolved without a hassle to us.

From the dealings with Eleni in the office to the quoting and then the install it was a timely and easy experience. The crew had to work under very trying weather conditions and still completed in a day. We will be using for all of our maintenance requirements in the future.

I was very happy with Tailored Heating & Cooling Solutions. They were prompt in giving me a competitive quote and also came to replace my heater within the week.The measure of a company is in what they do when you've paid for the heater and things do not go to plan. Tailored Heating were excellent in after sales service. The heater worked well although there was a small issue that caused the heater to turn off and on more than it should. They came and fixed the problem very quickly - no questions asked. The controller needed to be repositioned and Tailored Heating also had the small hole in the wall that resulted, expertly repaired.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family.

Moved into a new house and Murphy’s Law struck… the ducted heater gave up on us but Tailored Heating and Cooling did not. They were incredibly professional from reception through to contractor and the turn around time was out of this world!! We’re able to feel is fingers and toes again! I would STRONGLY recommend this business.

I urge you to read this before you book. Unprofessional, clueless and dishonest on pricing. We are extremely disappointed after booking them after seeing the good reviews. We made it very clear on the phone that we wanted a CLEAN on our two new split units since they have strong odor. We were quoted $395 on the phone and was assured this includes cleaning as we know there's nothing wrong with the units themselves. They are brand new.So one of their guys showed up, asked for our own dishwashing liquid and made some measly attempt to flush the drip pan with a plastic water bottle. And after that fails, he practically threw his arms up and said he doesn't know the cause. After a round of him googling on his phone and us suggesting it's most likely the mildew in the coils, he agreed that's probably why. When asked to clean the coils, we were flabbergasted to be told that he didn't have the foam cleaning solution on hand at all. We were then told they need to made a 'special order' and there's extra charges involved. We told him that's not what we agreed on and you'd expect that's what a CLEAN to include. We already mentioned on the phone there's nothing wrong with the units otherwise. He just said 'well I just work there and I'll talk to the office'. After completly failed to resolve the odor issues on either unit and had no cleaning solution on hand, he assured us we would hear back from 'the office' to arrange a solution.The office didn't call us. We called them to see what's happening since the aircons are still not cleaned. The lady on the phone started backtracking and said it's the cost for 'general servicing' and it's just what they do. They don't generally clean the coil if they think it's 'clean enough'. After expressing our displease, she then told us she'll talk to the servicing guy and get back to us on what's happening. She never got back to us.Fast forward three weeks later after being radio silent, we received a full bill for $395 claiming they have 'cleaned' the aircons filters which the guy didn't even do. All he did was looking at them and telling us we might need to clean them ourselves since they were gereasy, and put them right back. I would be personally embarrassed to charge someone almost $400 after what's occured. I'm not sure how they do it. No cleaning of coil, exterior, or filters. It was a total waste of time. We had to suffer through another few 30 degree days of not using the aircon due to their failed service. We'll not pay for a service" that was inadequate and ineffective

Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Replaced faulty heating unit within 4 days of phoning for quote. Friendly staff. Would not hesitate using again. Thank you all.
