Knowledgeable and kind staff. Good range of items and got a discount because of UrbanClimb membership. Overall would recommend as they do know their stuff, they are passionate and patient with you as well. Was able to tell me the pros and cons of the climbing shoes we were getting.

Super helpful staff even on a very busy Friday afternoon, great advice and the best range and stock levels in Brisbane. The textured wall was great for trying out new shoes, I'll be coming back!

I received a rope from K2 that was cut aprox 1.5mts to short.I sent an email to K2 and within minutes I received an email back from one of the K2 store owners, Bam. Bam apologised for the mistake.Not only did Bam give me correct length of rope but he actually drove from Brisbane to Redcliffe to deliver it. This is far more than what expected. Thank you so much Bam for all your help. Very, very good customer service.

Disappointed when I went to buys some climbing shoes and the staff member was to busy on the phone even to acknowledge me even though he knew I was there. Another staff member was finishing and didn’t even say a word (I would have said he won’t be long) or even better I would have grab a staff member from down stairs as they weren’t busy. Anyway, won’t be back which is a shame as they have good gear.

Great experience spending our dollars here. Walked in and immediately greeted . Rudi was very helpful and knowledgeable when buying a pair of hiking shoes . Definitely recommend this store .

Went hunting for hiking boots last month and received amazing service from a lady.Tried on a few sizes and different styles to compare comfort level.Happy shopping experience overall!

The older guy on the front desk is so not attentive and not willing to help at all. Short guy, asiatic look with reading glasses. Customer service is zero. What a waste of money to employ this bloke. This behaviour and and customer service should be called out and carries a bad name to the shop. Visited the shop to look for hiking shoes on 3/05/23. At about 14:30

Came in to buy some gear to start sport climbing myself, as I have only borrowed friends' climbing gear in the past. Customer service was awesome- no hesitation to help me out and get what I needed, as well as trying on harnesses and asking questions that directed me to the right products. Would recommend for sure.

K2 in Brisbane has been consistently dependable - as well as low-priced, with regular discounting.They even gave me a credit on one item when I returned it months later.I recently moved away from Brisbane and bought a pair of La Sportiva shoes online from them ( only place in AU I have found size 46.5 EU, btw ). It was shipped two hours after ordering .So many things bought over the years, always best deal.
