Really bad company to deal with. Have no choice but to sign up using direct debit for 3 months (supposedly a trial) and in the fine print that is forever until you stop paying. Hate businesses that are run like this it is just so underhanded. I assumed they would ask if you want to continue past the initial three months otherwise how is it a trial.

If you don't call them to cancel, they will continue to take the monthly fee out of your credit card. When I realised this was happening and rang to cancel, the person I spoke to laughed at me.Lynne W

I'm torn as I like the program and have had success with it. However it is very, very hard to get out of. Has taken me a week to cancel it. Most other subscriptions I have I can cancel myself on the website but WW makes you either phone or chat to them. These avenues are often very bust as well plus take up my valuable time.

Beware of signing up for anything as the cancellation process is archaic and rigid - think old school lock in contracts. Not in line with common subscription apps or reasonable community expectations. Unexpectedly awful.

You now talk to coaches via an app. You can wait up to 20 mins to connect with someone. Not great. A bit disappointing and limited face to face options which is difficult to stay motivated.

Complete waste of money $25.5 per month on the 3 month plan and all you get is a tracking app that anyone can get for free. There app doesn't show calories and you can't export any data for analysis. You can't see the app until you join so you don't realise and then once you realise there is no cooling off period so that have you locked in for 3 months.So dissappointed that a company like this is not offering a trial or cooling off period to people who realise its not for them.

Many attempts to cancel, no response, they've charged me anyway and twice as much as the amount on my subscription. Will be going to the media and making sure everyone I know is aware that WW are thieves.

Due to their program I developed an eating disorder and a hatred for my body and anything weight loss. I felt worse about myself at the end of the program than I did at the beginning. Tried to cancel my subscription due to the mental distress I was feeling and I couldn't without jumping through all their hoops. I'm now being threatened with legal action. Thats definitely a supportive company with the well being of their community at the forefront of their mind isn't it?

Be VERY careful signing up for this program!! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for OVER a week with NO luck. I have called them every day and just been on hold! I have emailed them through their website, I have contacted them through Facebook with no LUCK!!! they get you to sign up and then make it completely impossible to unsubscribe!!! make sure you cancel your subscription way in advance as it is impossible to cancel!!!!!!
