My experience with Raj was like no other I've ever experienced anywhere before! Not only was he able to supply me the medication I needed promptly when others couldn't but offered to continue my supply to ensure I have it as needed.He took time for me and took interest in me as a genuine person, not just another customer.Offered further ongoing assistance to other unrelated health issues with heartfelt sympathy.I felt welcome, heard and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This will be my go to pharmacy from now on. Thank you Raj for an overall amazing experience.

Happy to give Malua Bay Pharmacy 5 stars! Pharmacist Raj Gupta is a quiet, thoughtful chap who goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need, and at the best price. And his support for those who depended on medications during and following the bushfires was legendary. And has continued unabated through the Covid emergency. Service like this is exactly what we need in an area where there isn't much support for isolated people. If I were a marketing consultant, I might dub it the little pharmacy with the big heart"!"

Raj is always very helpful and caring at his Malua Bay Pharmacy. He likes to fully attend to each customer. When supplies of critical medications were not available after the bushfires he shared emergency amounts from what he had, making up the difference to each customer when stock came in later. He even hand delivered prescriptions to elderly people who were in difficulty. Raj is a sensitive observer and listener who understands and cares about the struggles of his community.His radio interviews about the bushfires and aftermath have been perceptive and thoughtful, and he has made many of us proud to have him speak on our behalf.
