I have been there only once as i always buy from Minchinbury branch after bought 8 panels colourbond fence $200 difference in the price compare to Minchinbury branch I try to ask the guy work there and he was so rude he did not say any work apart from “ do you wanted or not “ poor customer service no respect for customer I will never ever visit Smeaton grange branch

Ridiculous customer service, rude and unwelcoming. Do not recommend this place to any human at all.

I went to D & F on the recommendation of people I respect. I was after the supply of fencing material. There was a misunderstanding on colour necessitating redoing my order. Not my fault, not the fault of the people that I was dealing with today. The fault lay with the person who prepared the quote some weeks ago. When I insisted that the material be supplied in the colour I wanted, I was treated very rudely by the receptionist and the guy putting the order together. Very dissapointing.

Rude, Arrogant service from the Pig of a guy on the front Counter at Smeaton Grange. Every time I've been there he always has an attitude. Will not be going there again and will take my business somewhere else.........

The guys are always friendly and knowledgeable. Especially when I’m always after the non standard products. Well priced

I don't want to request a quote, I want you to list the price on the website. By all means list different prices showing the more you buy the cheaper it gets per LM.

Excellent customer service. I was going to do the job myself but because the quote came in under my expectations I am now getting a quote for installation. The staff at Smeaton Grange are excellent and so is Caz-bar" at Penrith office. Good people delivering good service. Its worth your time getting a quote from this business.Post edit. I tried to get a quote done. After waiting 8 weeks from the initial inquiry they send a text asking me to respond in 24 hours that I am going ahead with the quote, and when I miss the 24hrs by a few hours they cancel my quote appointment which was scheduled for December without even attempting to call. When I ring they tell me they can't help and I have to give them all the details again and wait until the end of February 2022. Not likely. If this is how poor their Customer Service is prior to even quoting i would hate to think what their responses would be to any problems etc. Scary to think. I will also be taking this up with the Manufacturer they are supplying for.
