Excellent little shop. I went here with a few mates not knowing much about glass bongs but looking to venture into that territory. The extremely courteous staff not only showed me a wide variety of different bongs, they also recommended me a few that they personally own. I ended up going with a nice glass bong, extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be back. Do not hesitate to visit!

Staff are absolutely lovely, immediately understood exactly the kind of vibe I was after and I wound up spending a lot more than I expected. Can’t be upset though, always love supporting local businesses.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I haven't had very good experiences here.First I was sold the wrong item. Was easily exchanged as I hadn't used it. My issue is that the staff member had no idea on what I was talking about. I needed to pull up videos and photos and still ended up with the wrong thing.I went back to exchange and it still wasn't right. The same girl again had no product knowledge. It's a specialist store, staff need knowledge on what you stock.My latest experience was this Sunday. I have kids and planned a trip in without them. I googled and they open at 12pm on a sunday. By the time I got in the car at 12.30, my Google maps said 1pm. I knew I had checked but thought it was a mistake even though Google was my original source. I get there at about 5 to 1, noone inside. So I wait 5 mins. Then 10. It got to 1.15, I had called the store, literally stood out front and nothing. I leave assuming they weren't open.I check back around 4pm, they were open. I go in, just having a casual chat. I assume it was the owner had stated to me that her staff had called in sick. So she herself went onto Google and changed the times while laughing about how it was such a good idea an noone would know to allow her more time to arrive. I understand things happen. I do. But to laugh about it, not realising I was a customer who thought they were open at 12pm. Then 1pm. Then had to return. I was also concerned with hearing the chesty coughs of two small children out the back. I avoid going out if I'm sick as I'm immune compromised and have infant children.I won't be returning. I like to give places a chance to redeem themselves but after yesterday I'm just left with a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think it's funny to manipulate opening times assuming noone will notice. It made me very uncomfortable to stand and joke about it.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff who spent a lot of time with me to help me choose. Really good selection and price. Thank you see you soon =]

Great little store, the server was so patient and lovely with me even when I was visible anxious.100% will be shopping there again.

We all know why we're here. Best service and probably the most extensive glassware range in the whole of Newcastle. Not to mention all the fun accessories great local art clothing and even go as far as butter machines and dry herb vaporizer technology for Aromatic purposes

Excellent shop and I had a great experience. With a couple of friends of mine, we received attention/ help almost instantly. Workers never loafed around, were always welcoming, and had a smile on their face :) They helped me pick out a couple of bongs, not knowing really what each were, I got a couple of samples, and I'm out here with my wife chilling on my deck, watching NBA, having an amazing time, thanks to you guys, I now have two nice glass bongs, and I am extremely happy with my purchase, and will definitely be back soon.
