Wouldn't even give them one star.In Adelaide getting repairs, the car took 3 weeks longer than expected. They removed my snorkel and didn't seal it correctly letting water into the airbox, they installed another cars roof liner into mine, my tail lights and the reverse camera stopped working due to bad electrical connections at the rear, and my roof is leaking water as they didn't seal the roof rack rails correctly, my windscreen whistles due to incorrect fitment, over-sprayed onto my black mirrors with white paint, my passenger doors don't line up correctly, multiple trims have come off and screws have been discovered as time goes on. Not a pleasant experience.

This companies Adelaide branch's actions are absolutley disgusting and unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all. After quoting hail damage repair under sgic we dropped our car off to be repaired, to get a phone call a few days later saying they won't proceed with the job and tried to say it was a write off. They hadn't even ordered the parts, 3 months after assessment. Also Damaged our sunroof more than the storm did. I picked up the car and had a local company repair the car for 10k under their quote. Stay away and stay local in my opinion.

Action Smart Group had my car for Hail repairs. They were informative of the whole process and kept me in the loop. They made sure things were super easy and the customer service is amazing, especially at the Crestmead sight. My car looks absolutely fantastic!! Will definitely be going back if I require another repair!

WOW never ever have I seen a business ran with so many outstanding professional qualities.From the first contact to the pick up of my vehicle.I was treated so well, friendly well mannered point of contact people. Everything ran so smoothly, ASG done everything they said they would, from keeping me informed to working with me to arrange convenient times etc. The complimentary taxi from John Rice Drive to my home, whilst my car was being repaired and then back again to inspect and collect my car, unbelievable, nothing was a trouble.Cannot recommend this Company highly enough.10 out of 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thank you soo much for a great job.

Absolutely no effort in the detail not hard to clean up after your work or double check it is correct. Zero customer service by some of the staff. Would do anything to not have to deal with this company again.

My car was badly damaged in the hail storm and I needed my roof and bonnet replaced as well as dents removed from doors and the back. All done, paint job done to perfection... They (Bec) kept me up to date with the process. They even detailed the car before handing it to me... Job well done... Thank you

Absolute disgusting. Were supposed to fix my car from the hail damage October 2022 and a year later still trying to get the windscreen fixed for the fourth time.Still trying to get my cat fixed!! They replaced the windscreen 4 times and it still has a leak and then they reversed my car into a pole! It has now gone to another crash repair to fix $18,000 damage done from action smart group.

I have 2 cars with the hail damage. It was postponed twice. I took my car to repair. The person who is supposed to fix my car said to me: Who asked you to bring your car. I don't have parts to repair your car. Take your car and talk to your insurance. I contacted to Action smart group and they just said sorry. I am still waiting for the parts for my car to be fixed.My second car had a very minor hail damage. I took my car to be repaired on 23th of March and I was told it would be ready within 5 business day. I was contacted by Action smart and told that my car would be ready Wednesday (30 March) or latest Thursday (31 March). Nobody called me on Wednesday

Our car went in for hail damage repairs on 22nd March and we were told they had everything ready to go and it would take three weeks. Three weeks turned into nearly six weeks. The last hiccup being they smashed our windscreen.We had planned a caravanning holiday, leaving on the 30th April. I guess to their credit they finished it on the morning of the 30th for us to collect. It took a while for them to bring the car around, when they eventually did they said it had a flat battery due to the car not being started for a long time and I’d just need to drive for 5 minutes to charge it.We set off on our holiday an hour later and and noticed 5 minutes into our trip smoke coming from the engine. Open the bonnet to find radiator cap not on properly and coolant sprayed all over the engine.Bought coolant and replaced, headed off again but car smelled bad and temp gauge on so pulled over again. Topped up with more coolant and went to start car and nothing! Called RAA, had to buy a battery and he cleaned up the engine.This is the short story, I didn’t mention lack of communication etcThe only good thing going for the place was Linda, she was lovely!

Hail damage repair in SA, due to the amount of damaged cars I did not have choice of repairer.Left me waiting for hours on collection of vehicle.Damaged a portion of my interior trim, refused to accept any responsibility.Hail damage repair was fair, was completed much earlier than expected.
