Had our bags broken by airport security in America. The bags were instantly replaced by the team at Strandbags even without our receipts . Awesome service!!

Strandbags always have a good selection of leather handbags, purses and wallets. If you have something specific in mind, the chance are, that you will find it in Strandbags.Their prices are reasonable and competitive for leather and very reasonable for non leather. They often have sales, that make the quality they have even more affordable. Well worth checking them out. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Quite a good selection of suit cases, wallets for men, handbags, back packs, leather goods, leather dressings. Unfortunately, women's purses tend to be all zips rather than clips on a metal frame. Some are so bulky and not practical. There are coin purses of different materials. Pity Oroton no longer exits.

You should check your staff.!!! Hospitality service and smile wasn't on the menu.I am someone very nice positive and was a potential customer and this woman should stop working if she is not happy.!!I needed a kind of quote for the insurance of an airplane company For a medium suitcase who damaged mineand she didn't help at all!!! It's ashame as I could vome back with money to buy it later!!! I am looking for work and you are looking for customer service you should contact me.

my parents shopped here and said the customer service was terrible, the lady spoke harshly to dad with disrespect. He is too nice to say anything about it but I genuinely feel that no one should be treated the way my parents were treated.
