Thank you so much for fixing my phone! I was actually looking for one of the other mobile phone repair shops but I was worried because they had bad reviews on Google. I walked past this shop and they were great - very knowledgeable, efficient and they even had a discount on. Do not trust them to fix your electronics.Took our iPad in as the home button was stiff and needed to be fixed. Long story short I am now left with an iPad that has no fingerprint technology and a screen which I have to press certain numbers and letters multiple times - we have video evidence of this but the tall man insists nothing is wrong and won’t help.iPad is a lot worse than when I first brought it in and all they could say about the fingerprint technology is “sorry” - had to go back multiple times as the home button was loose and broken by the time we got home - he blamed it on the glue not being dried properly however the iPad had been there for 10 hours - we also we did not get pre warning that if they had to change the button the fingerprint technology would no longer work. worst customer service ever.I requested a refund because the iPad was worse than when I first brought it in and he told me he would remove the home button if I was to get a refund - spoke very rude and lied multiple times - do not recommend going here to get anything fixed
