Have to call every day to book? Not able to book in advance - call today and nobody available. Not particularly user friendly

Booked a 1.5hr massage for my wife a day ahead. When she got there she was told that they can only do 1hr today as they lacked staff. The tone and facial expression from the receptionist/therapist was very unpleasant which was a stressful start to the massage. My wife then started changing into the clothes for the massage, halfway thru the therapist asked if she's done yet, and after hearing she isn't, the therapist dropped her stuff to convey she wasn't happy. The massage itself went well, but the start made the experience stressful. This was supposed to be a mother's day treat but has been soured by the way it was handled. Why even have booking options when you can't honor it and be unpleasant about it?

i went there for first time on Monday ,the girls very nice and tall, she very professional i had aroma oil massage ,very friendly price reasonable but really hard good massage .i recommended for every body
