Customer service and wait time poor today.I am a local and try to shop local and have mainly use tugun chempro in lieu of chemist warehouse Coolangatta. Today I waited, waited and waited to be served, as the young lady behind the counter (only one on front counter) decided to have a. Extended conversation with a client over where chempro\amcal was having there Christmas party and proceeded to show client images (dresses I gather) of what she should wear to there Christmas party, while / other customers where waiting to be serviced!!!!! In general waiting for scripts takes too long but been happy to wait as most staff are friendly.Enjoy your Christmas party atMovie world !!

My wife and I have just experienced the most amazing service from Emily and her staff at the Tugun Chempro Chemist, my wife and I are both in quarantine and needed a script filled,Emily went to the doctors and picked up the script,they didn't have what was on the script Emily shopped around and found a Chempro Chemist that did have it,Emily got a staff member to go and collect it and delivered it to our door, I worked in a high end style of business and you only come across this sort of service every now and then,if you could give 10 stars I would.

Absolutely amazing chemist, we'd be lost without Emily and the crew. They've been a huge help with medication, scripts and mental health. Highly recommend if any locals need a chemist for scripts or even for a quick gift pick up as they have a great selection of gift ideas such as candles, perfume, etc.

Excellent Compounding Chemist & specialize in cosmetic compounding & also natural hormone therapy with Richard Stenlake bioidentical Troches which have been mentioned in NSW newspapers & peer reviews for over 25 years. The Pharmacy will post your script once you've organised it with them which is great if you can't get there.Lots of products stocked & staff are considerate & allow you to browse without demanding you buy immediately lol. I like that!

Very expensive with some general prescriptions. Bought two general prescriptions as we were in Tugun at the time but found they charged over twice the price that a Chempro chemist charges in Robina (same brand, same size) plus they don’t put the price on the prescription label. Challenged the price in the store but the women just shrugged. Unreasonable pricing.
