A great shop that really supports the local community. Being a smaller footprint than many Big W's it can have a reduced range of products but I have generally not found this to be a problem.

Lovely store but I was served by Rex Orange County in your electronics department, very shocked to find that he has fled to Australia to escape the allegations.

Richmond Big W staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. The store itself is always clean and tidy with stock away on shelves and clear pathways. The staff themselves are what make the store great and set the Richmond big W store above other local Big W's!

Staff at service desk are super friendly even at the busy times. Often go out of my way to go here rather than Penrith as it quieter.

Never enough check out staff and it isn't even Xmas yet. Shelves not filled. Put they few expensive items back as I couldn't wait in self serve line of 20+ and register line of 15+. Going elsewhere BigW you rake in $$$M start giving us some service

Great ambience for shopping, but locating the escalator from car park was bit tricky for first timers. :)

The women working in the electronics department has absolutely no customer service skills at all. Unfortunately I've had to deal with her at least 3 times over the last 12 months and today she was the same, rude and unhelpful. She obviously dislikes working there. Hope I never have to deal with her again

Travelled from Penrith to Richmond to buy some Lucky Dog biscuits to find one packet with expiry date of May 2024 and the rest were April 2023! Then when I go to pay the self checkout stuffed up three times! NOT HAPPY!
