Have been taking our Moodle there for a few years and is always coming out looking fresh. The moodle hates a brush so often goes with a few dread locks from her harness in which- we never expect a show dog groom in result. Can not rate the Puppy parlor enough.

Worst groom our little girl has had. $85.00 and the groomer had the cheek to say that most mobile groomers watch you tube to learn how to groom. Perhaps she should watch a couple of videos if thats the case as we had a brilliant mobile groomer when we lived in Toowoomba Condescending woman, certainly not a puppy person. Wont be back

If one neglects at-home grooming and presents a dog with very tangled hair expecting to pay for a mini-groom, Louise will be straight with her advice. It's not always well accepted. Once again, she's done a beautiful job of my dog and I know I'm leaving my little Millie in expert, safe hands. She simply LOVES dogs. They get kisses, cuddles and sweet, gentle words while being trimmed. A dog lover's groomer. Highly recommended.

We arrived just before our scheduled appointment and my husband took our dog for a quick wee before going in.Louise the owner came out to footpath and said “Bloody hell” to me about my husband taking too long.Never went back.

Worst grooming my dog has ever had. Groomer blamed my dog for moving his head too much as reason for the terrible cut. Groomers demeanour not people friendly and complained about how hard and thankless her job is. Most I have ever paid for a groom for the worst cut. Won’t be back and would recommend to find a different groomer.

1star as you can't put minus!!Horrendous experience for our puppy, who is still recovering. We took him for tangles under his collar area. She proceeded to chastise my grooming ability combs & brushes then said my breeder of 20+ years (a dog show judge) had given me wrong advice? We picked up our pup whose signature coat which should be stripped not shaved, had been given a surgical shave head to toe to the skin. Grazed and bleeding, straight to the vet costing us $700 in treatment. Her grooming fee $140. She is rude, costly, unprofessional. I do not recommend this service.
