The delivery is slow! They took 4 days to even send it by the looks of it, and I needed the stuff asap. It'll be close to 2 weeks from the date of the order before I finally receive it according to Aus post. :-( Now I'm going to run out all together. And it was a big order too. It should of been sent the following day. Not 4 days later. It's bad enough having to order online! They should be more prompt.

Terrible quality. I received 3kg of extremely bad quality dried elderberries that were all rancid and not useable. They only gave a partial refund with no explanation or apology. Would not recommend, they may be cheaper than other suppliers, but you will definitely pay in quality.

Horrible quality for herbs. I spent tons of money for contaminated products! You always find stone and debris pieces in the herbs and even once found a bent rusted nail in my dandelion tea!!! Now come to think of it, stones, nails and debris is heavier in weight than the actual herbs. Completely unacceptable! Mind you, this is from just ONE handful of herbs. There are other quality herb stores
