Lifts & Lash

I normally never write reviews but I came here on the basis of all the good feedback I’d seen online and I felt like in reality it was a completely different experience to what I was expecting. I got really poor quality set and customer service :(My full hybrid set only took 40 minutes of actual lashing… appointment was booked in for 1hr and 30 minutes and the time taken is reflective in the quality of lashes I got; didn’t clean them, uncomfortable, rushed, gaps, over 25% lost within two days after, etc..My eyes were glued shut and incredibly irritated from the glue placement, in the end I didn’t even care I just wanted to go home. Is what it is :/

So in love with my lashes!! Adriana always makes my lashes look so stunning and last a long time. Highly recommend!

I completed my Lash Lift and Tint course through Lifts & Lashes. Stephanie was amazing and provided a detailed course online. If I had questions or issues that I wasn’t able to address myself, Stephanie was very quick to assist. Stephanie is lovely and very approachable and has a wealth of knowledge. After I completed the course Stephanie continued to reach out and see how I was going with the Lash Lifts and Tints. I highly recommend Lifts & Lash course to anyone.

Such a great little spot! The team are so lovely, especially Abbie who does an amazing job every time and is so kind and fun to speak to. It’s in a great location with easy parking around the corner and you walk away with beautiful lashes every time. Thanks guys xx

Friendly, professional and amazing staff. Lashes are always amazing and girls are always accommodating with appointments etc. Mary, Steph and Adriana are absolutely brilliant, wouldn't go anywhere else xx

Adriana is amazing! She did my lash lift last week and listened to my concern with a few lashes growing straight but she did such a great job and my lashes look so so good! Can’t reccommend her enough x

I travel from Mornington Peninsula to come here! Kay is incredible with what she does, understanding exactly what I’m after. Amazing retention, quality lashes, and very time efficient. The girls are always so nice when I come in.
