The person who answered my call was really helpful and in a stressful situation was really understanding and clear. He was sensitive to the challenges of the situation and empathised well.Ian attended on site really quickly, he was absolutely professional and friendly and sorted out the task quickly and understood it was a stressful situation and handled it well. Mobile card payment system made it even easier.Overall, it was great service from John Barnes, again. I'd recommend the services for anyone in the Bentleigh area that needs a locksmith or related services.

Very friendly and honest service for helping us get back into our house after getting locked out. Locksmith was at our door within half an hour and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend Ron and the team at John Barnes & Co in your times of need!

Great customer service. I talked to two different staff in different days. Both of them were really helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Ean, I was able to do rekeying for the main door of my apartment by myself. I feel they are always on the customer's side when it comes to solving problems. Their price is also reasonable. I would definitely come back to this place when I need it.

in November I sent a message about replacing my spare keys. This guy was aware of my vehicle and the remote and he gave me a fixed quote and said wait 3 weeks. I spent 45mins driving there, then he tells me they can't do remotes. It's like he was expecting me to pay double of everyone else and get the key cut anyway. What a sneaky sales tactic! Not only did I waste the day, it's now almost Xmas and now I must wait another 3 weeks for everyone else to go back to work.

Thank you for saving me. I'd left keys on desk then pulled the door closed, locked. Late afternoon rang Barnes, they had nobody available til next morning, it was fine. Ryan was efficient friendly and understanding. I've been a client of Barnes East Bentleigh for various enquiries and improvements, always helpful and cheerful. 10/10

I had 2 car keys that weren't working. My mechanic couldn't work out why and suggested this service. They sorted it out and were courteous and professional and very reasonable, price wise. Very happy and relieved.

Really friendly, thorough and well priced service. To get my safe opened, key pad fixed, new key pad batteries and a manual key cut, JB charged me $55.00 whereas Bunnings would have done just the key cutting for $143.00 with a 5 week wait. JB did ask this in 24 hours.Indr
