Carlos was extremely helpful and professional. He initially spent quite some time on the phone with me trying to solve our computer problems at no charge. He then spent a couple of hours with us at our home on a Saturday. He solved our printing issues efficiently, patiently and made sure we understood the process. I would highly recommend him.
