Have been a customer for many years I have always found staff excellent. Our pharmacist Teigen has gone over and above to help us in a difficult time which is greatly appreciated.RichardYamba

This pharmacy have an app called MedAdvisor connected to them for scripts to be stored on and sent digitally. I sent my script through to them and went to pick it up on the weekend, was told that the pharmacist on duty didn’t know how to access the script so she dispensed an emergency sleeve of my medication with my healthcare card and Medicare card, I paid for the whole box, and then was to go back on Monday for the owner to dispense the rest. Went back on Monday and a man who I assume was the owner said that because I didn’t have a paper script, he’d have to charge me again without the healthcare card on it and acted as though the whole situation was my fault.If you have a service attached to your business, you should be able to use it and shouldn’t be charging customers twice for medication that they need. Poor service and poor attitude. Won’t be returning.

Asked for 10000iu vit d3, only had 7000iu wouldn't sell it to me, so much for looking after people's health.

I went into the chemist today & asked to buy a ventolin puffer as I am going overseas. I am allergic to antibiotics and my doctor told me to travel with a puffer in case I have a respiratory problem. Asked if I suffered from asthma, I was honest and said no- had I said yes he would have sold me a puffer.I have travelled with a puffer all my life (rarely used!!). Experienced, sensible chemists have never refused my request, after I have explained my circumstances.Hopefully there will be a chemist at the airport- I am going to Russia-I don't have high hopes of purchasing a puffer there.I am 66 years old& reasonably responsible!
