As a young homeowner I recently finished building my first home! And it was a great first experience from start to finish.I really appreciated all the support the team at Resi provided throughout the process, from customising a floor plan to ensure it suited my block of land and fitted within my budget, choosing all the colours and fixtures to make my house a home and all the paper work involved.Daniel, my site supervisor was awesome to work with during the build and made sure I received regular updates on the build progress! After I moved in, there was a minor issue, but Daniel got on it straight away and organised the necessary trades to get it fixed and resolved quickly.It was great to have the experience that Resi provided! And I would definitely recommend Resi Design Homes to anyone considering building a new home!

We are a very happy first home owner and build our first home!!just handover to our very first own home last week, couldn't thanks enough to Resi team, especially Aaron, gave us best idea for our home, sometimes we want to upgrade something but he always let us know whats more practical than just charge us extra first, and when we want to upgrade extra, costing are all reasonable price as well, also our block is not standard square style, the floor plan and design are very good to fit in our block and custom to the style we want.and thanks our site supervisor-Daniel, always gave us updates ,also get on to it straight away if there's any problem.and the office team Kylie and Sharon for all updating.will defiantly recommend Resi Design homes to anyone who interning about build their own home.Resi team, you are amazing!!!

We've had an incredible experience building with Resi. They are a great team of professionals, friendly and easy to deal with. Aaron was amazing with all his insight and only a call away for any big/small doubts that we had during the build. Cohen had great attention to detail, was always quick to respond and readily obliged whenever we wanted to have a look around. We build our first home with Resi!Aaron is an amazing person, and a great professional, after a couple meetings he give us the confidence to build with him.Different to other builders we deal directly with the owner! Aaron were more than just a builder for us, he make me fell like we were friends for long time. Build the first home is not easy, many questions come but he was always very kind and patient in answering all. Being a First home owners during the construction process, several times we had doubts, Aaron always took the time to meet with us onsite to explain everything, some times outside the normal working hours!If we decide to build another house one day, we will have no doubt that we will build with Resi again!Thank Aaron!!
