I have rented with LJ Hooker Dee Why for 12 years now. Service has always been good however, since Suzy Vartikian took over as our representative, the service has been superlative. She responds to everything so quickly and is always an absolute delight to deal with. I believe we are exceptionally lucky to have her.

Extremely satisfied with Nick and LJ Hooker, would recommend them to everyone. Nick was fantastic, nothing was a problem, he delivered on everything he said he would, no nonsense attitude, very friendly and helpful. I felt a good re pore with Nick when I first met him, I felt comfortable and confident with Nick to do a great job in selling the house, as it was a difficult time for me as it was my childhood family home and my mother passing away in the previous February and the family home was 58 years old, so many memories, Nick made the transition easy to deal with.

Hard to say why there are five star reviews with all caps in the name..... My experience with LJ hooker Dee why is lacklustre at best. Another agent leased our property in 1 week after these guys had six without result. I do not recommend them for leasing or selling a property.
