I had an issue with my network server with the connection to my printer. Scanning was not working for 2 months. Got an appointment with Alex. He came on time, sorted out the problem and job done straight away. Great service. I really recommend if you guys have any issues with the printer issues. A friend recommended Alex after he saw my printer challenge my patience. Alex managed to easily repair the machine and it hasn't skipped a beat since. Got a few other quotes and Alex was cheaper. I've had a few other techs attempt to repair this machine before Alex but failed. He is very knowledgeable and definitely worth writing a review for.

Yes, Alex who's a technician there, spent valuable and beneficial minutes on the phone giving me troubleshooting advice on how to fix the printer myself at home and he evaluated the cost, preferring me to buy another printer than fixing mine as it'll cost more to fix it. This guy endeavours to help. Highly recommended and 5+ stars of positive rating. Thanks too.
