After visiting a number of jewellers, I came across Finelines and organised an appointment to discuss my ideas and options.From the get go, Ben’s professionalism and creative skill stood out from the rest. He whipped up a sketch of what was in my mind and was confident that he could work with the stones I had to create the set I imagined.Communication was clear throughout the process and my last minute design additions were accommodated ☺️Would highly recommend Finelines; I am already dreaming up what else I can commission from their team.

My husband finally had a wedding band made to compliment my engagement ring for our 5th anniversary. Our experience with Ben Tracey exceeded our expectations, he let us design little details of the ring to suit my personality perfectly and helped us come up with ideas that only an experienced jeweller would know and we could not be happier with the result. Had a custom engagement ring created by Ben. The piece is brilliant and I couldnt be happier with Ben and Finelines work. And my bride to be couldn't be happier with her new ring. I tried to have a ring repaired for my anniversary and even though I told them how important it was and I followed up with them before I tried to collect it they ignored me and told me the repair was unimportant to them. Unsurprisingly they didn't bother to get it done on time for my anniversary. I was surprised to be treated is such a hostile way.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ben and the Finelines Jewellers team! I worked with Ben to create my partner’s engagement ring and Ben was so incredibly helpful and patient throughout the design (something completely bespoke), diamond selection process and final ring delivery. My partner and I then worked with Ben to create our wedding bands and again we had the same excellent service and my partner got to see Ben’s creativity, attention to detail and craftsmanship in action. The experience was made all the more unique when Ben invited us into the workshop to assist with the creation of our wedding bands - truly an unforgettable experience.
