Lumus Imaging Caboolture

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this business. The staff, from the reception to the technician, were very professional, helpful and friendly. They obviously have great pride in their work and this is reflected in their treatment of their clients.

The staff are lovely, but the premises are run down with cobwebs, spiders and water damage. I feel for the staff, judging by the condition of the premises I can only imagine staff are on minimal wages.

Great professional and yet friendly staff, both at front counter and those conducting the procedures. Thank you for making what could be a traumatic experience into an easy and respectful one.

Phone wait times a bit long 30+minutes. Front line staff friendly and helpful. Access to Caboolture centre is a bit tricky when navigating in traffic. No automatic doors, low counters, for people with diverse mobility needs.

Amazing staff, I had to bring my kids last minute, they changed the channel for the kids and gave them colouring in. One very lovely receptionist minded them while I had my ultrasound. They absolutely went out of their way to help me out! I didn’t have to wait very long at all for my appointment either. Very supportive and friendly staff. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

My colleague tried to make an appointment within 12 months of having a breast scan due to previous abnormalities and strong family history. Her GP requested it as an urgency and wants it to compare to the previous one due to issues arising now. This was conveyed, she is well aware of the out of pocket fee and more than happy to pay for it as she has done for many years when necessary, but was dismissed for days by the reception staff saying they would call back which they didn't call, she had to call again, to only then be told the technician wouldn't do the scan because its before 12 months. It is ridiculous that a scan that could pick up severe issues is being denied because you don't want to do it. Absolutely appalling behaviour by your reception staff and disgusting customer service for a long standing patient.

The reception ladies at the Caboolture Lumus Imaging were awesome. Bright happy and cheerful. Helped me book appointment at another Lumus Imaging.Thank you for going above n beyond.Highly recommend.

The reception staff member who took my booking was extremally polite and helpful arranging for an ultrasound.On arrival the reception staff were friendly and courteous to not only myself, all the other clients as well.The radiographer who performed my ultrasound was most professional and courteous in the way she performed the ultrasound.I have nothing but praise for the Lumus Imaging team at Caboolture.Thank you
