Brought 2 pies and a sausage roll today paid just over $18 and they all was rock hard I can’t believe they would still sell them to me for full price being so old are hard and can’t eat

We recently ordered a Piñata cake from here for our daughter's birthday. We were excited for her to cut the cake and find the lollies flowing out but there were no lollies. We honestly thought they had forgotten to put the lollies in. When we cut the cake right down the middle for serving, we found a handful of lollies in the centre of the cake. This is definitely not what I expected looking at the photos on the website. Do not order this cake expecting it to look like the photos. You are better off ordering a normal cake. We had also requested Happy Birthday" to be written on the cake and paid extra for it too

Great variety of delicious pies. Particularly enjoyed the Beef, Bacon and Cheese variety. Good COVID-19 social distancing policies. Friendly, cheerful staff.

I recently purchased the Christmas edition red velvet cake, as it’s my son’s favourite. It was the worst cake ever. Not only it didn’t look red, it also had this artificial taste to it. And it was so dense…heavy like a brick. Disgusting! Had to throw the whole thing out.Never buying anything from this shop again.

This review is related to the shop at Point Cook Town Centre, Main Street. I went to the shop to purchase a birthday cake for my wife. I selected the one I wanted to buy and asked the attendant if they could write her name on a chocolate plaque or on the cake itself. The attendant replied that it would take 24 hours to do it and that if I had ordered in advance, they could have done something. Seriously? Don't you have someone that could provide that service in the shop? I guess this is the difference between good service and great service.
