Unfortunately due to the customer service received from the female pharmacist and staff this week we will unfortunately no longer be shopping here. We order products (needle tips and sensors) from the NDSS through this pharmacy regularly but without even checking the system to see if the needle tips could be ordered for my diabetic husband I was told to go somewhere else. Please have the pharmacy check with their supplier for the delivery time.

I had all my prescriptions in the file. Today I wanted to order as usual my monthly medications from my file in Terry White Hastings, unfortunately 3 prescriptions were missing and they simply answered me they were expired, I was sure they were not expired. I was thier customer for about 5 or 6 years. I am very disappointed. I don't want to put my prescriptions to this Terry White chemist Hastings.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I walked past and saw a small item I wanted to purchase, walked up to the counter to make my purchase and was left unattended for too long. A middle aged lady with short blonde hair and glasses finally approached the counter, only to blatantly ignore me, have a drink from her water bottle and walk off! I had to go to the other counter to be served. To not even acknowledge a customer who is right in front of you is pathetic customer service and quite frankly rude.

the staff went above and beyond to assist me with a libre freestyle 2 sensor when mine had stopped working.I would highly recommend this shop and its very helpful staff.

Long waits for medicine , no seating provided you could be standing on your feet for up to 30 minutes at a time to do a basic script processing

No where to park unless you pay. Pretty average. No much in the shelf

I sadly no longer live in the area. On the final day of my move l fell and broke two of my ribs which put me in hospital for six days. Today is my first day home and l had to get some scripts from the hospital filled. I called the local pharmacy with a query. Their very rude response was to tell me to call my old pharmacy to get the information l needed. When Of course when l called Terry White’s I received the same fantastic service that I’ve always had. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and all of the staff have been exceedingly helpful, friendly and only too ready to oblige. It’s especially impressive that the pharmacists are available to provide advice, even when they are obviously extremely busy.

The staff were very incompetent. I had booked my script days before and they said they didn't have on the day they told me to pick it up. I came back the next to pick it up and they took 20 minutes to find it. My medication must me refrigerated as well and when I received it the medication had not been refrigerated. I am not happy with this chemist and will not be going there again.
