Nice pub, it was pretty quiet and they had decent beers on tap. The staff were all pretty chilled and friendly which is great.Pretty good pub vibes with some sticky floors and tables.Good for a drink.

The ground level is a bit gross with the pokies and keno, but level one and up are lovely. Nice food. Decent happy hour prices. Lots of different areas. Have a look around and find a spot you like.

Nice pub with a great range of drinks and a fun interior, with plenty to admire! The DJ on a weekend evening is a bit lame but there’s still a good atmosphere and with a spacious interior with loads of seating its a good option if you’re in a group; decent place.

Very unassuming pub next to Newtown station. Great for visitors to the area as very convenient but it's a locals pub at heart. The beer selection is fantastic broad accounting to all tastes. To top it all off is a great happy hour. Yet to try the food but 5 stars so far!

I used to love going to the Townie but last night i was with 3 friends, one of them being a male. the security guard pulled him aside straight away and started an interrogation even though he only had a couple drinks (hadn’t drank anything in hours) the security guard then said “not tonight mate” and didn’t let us in. then a bunch of drunks walked in after us with no problem. i won’t be coming back, ever

Went here for the first time and they had Tuesday night specials of 2 for 1 Schnitzels. Great value and good tasting food. Beers from the tap are good as well.

Upstairs. Easy to find a seat, food menus decent (it's compact). Fast service, can't complain. If you're going to the Enmore and are happy with Aussie staples, this place is grand.
