Very bad place to take young kids for a haircut if your a parent with little ones look else where, not very experienced with little ones also very little to no reception. My young daughter also got declined a haircut for claims of headlice eggs" they didn't even show us what they had found. My daughter attends daycare and had sand granules in her hair definitely not headlice! This place is a giant red flag. Not to mention the running late of appointments you'll be waiting 20mins over your scheduled appointment"

Appointment booked for formal hair cancelled half an hour before rhe appointment. So if you love stress on a formal day, book here .

The first year apprentice is lovely. I went in for a shampoo blow dry. I overheard the manager abusing the first year as she had booked me in and apparently they didn’t have enough time. My hair was wearable but nothing I would expect from a $75 service. I nearly fell over at the price. Not a good experience. I won’t be back.
