I’ve been taking my 2019 Mazda 6 wagon to these guys for the past 2 years. They gave me a great deal on new tyres and performed 2 full services. Always helpful with really fair prices… they’re straight shooters with quick turnaround. They even fixed a warranty issue overnight after the Mazda dealership said I had to wait 4 WEEKS just to get a booking! I’m happy with Mark & his team and I highly recommend Mycar Charlestown... they're good guys.

Called in here, just before 8 am opening hours, with a slow leak in my front car tyre. They immediately found a screw and fixed the tyre within 15 minutes I was on my way to work. Very appreciative of this fantastic service.

I was truly grateful for the fantastic customer service I experienced throughout all interactions and would highly recommend anyone to engage with them for all car servicing needs :)

Stoked with the team at Charlestown. Easy to deal with over the phone and friendly in person. I have gone to 3 or 4 mycar Tyre anf Autos and I reckon these guys are the best ive dealt with. All of this and I didnt hand over any money because of their free tyre care plan.Would recommend!

I get my regular servicing done here and have also had to drop in at short notice for small emergencies like headlight bulb replacement. The guys are super helpful, well priced and do a great job with the car and recommending what is right for me and not just the most expensive service. Highly recommend.
