If I can put a zero star I would, disgusting service from the young girl I have multiple business and purchase all my equipment for my cafes from here, but after this I will not be back at all. Absolute disgusting not trained at all and doesn’t know how to talk politely to customers absolutely atrocious and should find another find another job else where this job isn’t suitable for her.

The two sales ladies were so friendly and helpful, made my day as I was able to get coffee cups I wanted. Fantastic experience.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I purchased a 'commercial' fruit/ vegetable cutter and it doesn't even cut a pear or apple. I rang them and explained it's not what it should be, it blocks up and is not commercial grade at all. So they were sending out a company to look at it this company called me twice and both times explained they were on their way to look at the equipment. First time I was 2 hours away and 2nd time I was not at the shop with the equipment but they tried to call me 6 times and then just turned up, I had no phone service to be able to talk to them. This wouldn't bother me if they weren't blaming me for not being able to organise a time. I then got a call yesterday and asked numerous timesfor a time and date, simple. I then called this morning to confirm the time and they said, no you were meant to bring it to us. That was NEVER discussed, so this is my problem again? I will NEVER use this company and I am in the process of opening a new shop which needs ALOT of equipment and I will never use this company again. Absolutely appalling service and the equipment is not what it is advertised as. Don't bother sending someone out, don't bother with a refund. I don't want it, I will throw the equipment out and just never purchase from your company again.
